Get My Spring Look!

one /// two /// three /// four

Spring is officially here, and there is nothing like putting on a pastel dress, a big hat and mauve lips to welcome the sunny season! For the New Danville's Tea on the Lawn event last week, I wanted my skin to glow and incorporate pinks on my cheeks and lips!  Here's how I got the look, and now you can too!

1. I use Charlotte Tilbury Wonder Glow as my primer before foundation.  It acts as a moisturizer, anti-age elixir, and gives you the dewy look you are trying to achieve.  I have also mixed it with my foundation to create a more natural daytime look.

2.  Benefit Hervana blush has been in makeup drawer for years - I love how natural the pink looks on my cheeks!

3.  As a highlighter I used Giella Eye M Glam.  Years ago, I came across an article a celebrity makeup artist wrote and he raved about this product.  I have used it since.  It is a finely milled mineral powder that is so sheer it looks natural when you apply it. Cheeks, eyes, or body - dust it on wherever you want to achieve that natural glow!

4.  Finally for my lips I used Rimmel’s Lasting Finish Lipstick by Kate Moss in color #08.  Available at most drugstores, you can not beat the price!
