I had such a fun day hanging out with my Nordstrom friends last weekend!  I shared with you about all the fun my friends and I had upstairs as we shopped and dined. Today were' going to talk about the next stop of our visit, to the 1st floor in the beauty department! I am a self proclaimed makeup and beauty product junkie, and I LOVE Nordstrom’s beauty department.

I was introduced to Laura over at the La Prairie department. She is a gem! She listened to my concerns and recommended the products she felt best. She is also the facial expert in their spa room. That’s right, there is a SPA ROOM. Shop, spa then dine. Or dine, spa then shop! I have booked my facial appointment with Laura and can not wait!

I just had to share with you about the many perks Nordstrom The Woodlands offers to their customers! I really became impressed with the level of customer service and while shopping with my stylist Caitlyn, she shared with me about Text Style. You register online at Nordstrom.com and will either be matched with a stylist in your area or matched with a stylist of your choice. He or she can send you pictures of items you may be interested in, a favorite dress that has come on sale, or find an item you've been wanting. You can purchase these items through your stylist via text! It's that simple!

Alterations are also offered not only for Nordstrom purchases but also for non-Nordstrom products! Additional charges do apply for non-Nordstrom products, but if you are a cardholder you have an alteration budget!

As a mom, I love their curbside pickup! Now I can avoid unloading four kids and dragging them through a store to pick up what I need. And if you have made a purchase online, you have the option of picking it up at the store. They even have a special parking spot designated just for this!

In their beauty department, be sure to inquire about making reservations at their spa, request a free makeover and meet their beauty stylist! Their beauty stylist can direct you to all their must haves!

Lastly, (these are my personal favorite perks as a Nordstrom customer!) if you can not find what you want online, they will search other stores to locate your item! Also, designer items from the Galleria can be brought into the store as requested per appointment.
