Bring on the Ball Gowns

The allure of this stunning gown is it's simple elegance. I could not take my eyes off of it when I saw it on the mannequin! The red flowers are perfect against the navy and I love how they surround the bottom of the dress. I knew I wanted a red satin shoe to match the flowers and thankfully I already owned a pair. Seriously I paid somewhere around $30 for them years ago! I know, right??!!

This classic, strapless ball gown has a higher cut in the front. While floor length is flattering on every body type, sadly most of the time your shoes are hidden from sight. However, this dress showcases your beautiful shoes with each step. I love, love, LOVE this design for a ball gown! In fact (just going to through this out there…) my wedding dress at my first marriage was this exact style back in 2001. I saw a bride on a Martha Stewart episode, had it recorded on a VHS tape (remember those!), and took then took it to a dress maker to have it made. Just had to share! Haha.
