Handle That Humidity
This summer I've done a lot of tropical traveling! You may recall my heavenly visit to Hawaii I talked about recently! This week I voyaged to Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic. As I prepared to head to this newest location it changed my makeup routine a bit because of Punta Cana's very high humidity.
I knew absolutely no foundation on this face during the daytime hours...keeping up with the sweating while reapplying sunscreen is just too messy!
Here's what I loaded in my beauty arsenal!
HOW TO HANDLE THAT HUMIDITY
1. Sunscreen
Neautrogena Hydro Gel. It is so light and non greasy, reapplying throughout the day is easy!
2. Cream blush and lipstick in one
Charlotte Tilbury Beach Stick Easy to throw in your beach bag and go!
3. Long wearing eyeliner
Bobbi Brown's Gel Eyeliner. Used this for years and years. Simply the best.
4. Concealer
A must, must, must for me! NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer has great staying power throughout the day!
5. False eyelashes
With this high humidity I prefer to pop on some natural looking falsies. I don't have to worry about any smudging on my face and my lashes stay curled and gorgeous!
